This bed was easy to assemble. Simple straightforward instructions. Seems sturdy without any noises- this could change if screws loosen but I tightened them well. Slats are well placed for mattress stability. Seems like it’s worth the money! Also, no weird fume smell, no dents or dings.

I purchased this bed frame for a guest bedroom. The pictorial instructions were clear and it was easy for two people to assemble. The finish is fvery nice, far nicer than I expected for this price. I bought the "chocolate" finish to blend with the antique furniture in the room. The smoothly finished wood and clean style blend perfectly. I am beyond happy with this purchase. Teamed with a new mattress, my guests will be happy, too.

Rustic and beautiful. Fits perfectly in my new house. Love the color. We added some dark brown nightstands later. Sorry about the dog ramp in the picture. Loved the way the slates fit on the bed frame. It was pretty easy to assemble the bed. We are really going to enjoy this piece of furniture.

Solid and beautiful. Well packaged. Little touches like provided candle with the purchase. So impressed and highly recommended.

I would recommend this bed frame to anyone. I wish I would have gotten the next thickness size up on my mattress size I went with an 8” and I can still kinda feel the wood planks underneath.. will probably have to get a plywood or something. I don’t think this frame is suitable for a box spring. Just FYI get a thicker mattress! But overall amazing frame.

My girlfriend and I ordered this bed frame for our new mattress and had high hopes, as the dimensions and the style are both perfect. We have received the bed frame a day before the delivery of our mattress, so I went to work unpackaging the bed, eager to assemble it. The packaging itself was completely intact, with no abrasions or tears. However, upon tearing open the headboard, I became instantly infuriated when I found the headboard in this condition. It is clearly a quality control issue, as there is no evidence of damage from shipping. I thought that maybe we could just assemble the bed frame and try to get a replacement headboard, but the design of the bed frame does not permit this. The legs toward the head of the bed are supported by the headboard. So now, we will definitely be looking forward to placing our new $3,500 mattress on the floor of our bedroom... Furthermore, the manufacturer's support page is invalidating our claim and there is no phone number to reach out to. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this manufacturer. Save yourself the time and the headache.

I spent considerable time researching beds before I found this one. I wanted a platform but most of the ones I saw were very low to the ground and I’ve had a bed like those and I just was not comfortable crawling in and out of bed every day. I liked that this bed is real wood and very sturdy. Not to mention beautiful. I prefer the Mid Century style which this is and the rich color of the wood - Caramel is very up-to-the- minute shade. I got a 14”foam mattress to go with the bed and if I could change anything I would get a 12” or even a 10”so the headboard would show more. I highly recommend this bed. I had someone assemble it, however he said it was one of the easiest piece of furniture to do. The only problems is that my little dog cannot get up by himself.

Beautiful bed. Easy to assemble, Solid, High quality wood. Nice enough to pass down to the next generation.

Didn’t like that I could see the shiny bolts protruding from the top rail of the headboard. The top rail screw holes were shallow. The bolts were basically flush. I matched the hole size and drilled them deeper so I could put the button plugs in to cover them up. The hole size was too big for the button plugs so they just drop in but still better than shiny screws. Too much of a hassle to return after assembled. Probably put it in the guest room and build my own bed frame. Could be nicer with a little more attention to detail when manufacturing.

We purchased the Queen size bed. The bed is well built and easy to assemble. The packaging protected very nicely during shipment via UPS. The only complaint that we have is on top of the headboard. The holes are not counter bored deep enough to install wooden plugs leaving an ugly screw head showing. The bed came with enough plugs to use in this area. However, the 2 extra plugs are spare parts. The installation bill of materials state there are 8 of the plugs. There are actually 10 of them. There is a wooden plaque that was shipped with the bed. I have no Idea what this is used for.

My niece and her husband assembled this for me. They said it went fine, other than when they forgot to check the directions at one point and had to backtrack. So heads up! It’s very quiet and feels sturdy. Love how it looks in my bedroom.

Headline says it all, but I'd add that the customer service team is fantastic. They were speedy and helpful when I couldn't find some of the screws I had misplaced: they sent additional parts in a matter of days

I love this bed frame! It is everything that is promised in the ad. Additionally, it coordinates well with my antique bureau and nightstand.

I have put together, and taken apart, a few bed frames in my time, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the improvements made by this company making this bed frame. The hardware was easy to work with, and the extra touches (like the Velcro on the bed slats), make this frame a winner. Yes it's soft wood (so bruising is easier than hardwoods), but it's ALL wood and the center rail supporting the slats is bulletproof. It looks good and the finish is beautiful.

Arrived in timely manner, item as described and setup was very easy.

I love bed frames from this seller, they are well built and priced. I have two frames, both look great and are very sturdy even when "jumping" on them. They have good build quality and are easy to assemble, taking only 30 minutes or so. Would buy again.

Looks good and does the job. There are some peg holes on the headboard that nothing fits into with what they supplied which makes it look unfinished in that area.

The Acacia Kaylin Queen bed frame, recently purchased, is a delight. It arrived in a beautiful box, with perfectly crafted packaging. Everything about it is high quality and carefully considered in design. Instructions for assembling it were clear, carefully thought through and labeled well. It was easy to assemble even by one person. The bed frame itself is beautiful and sturdy both. Whoever designed it should be applauded. I am VERY happy that I bought it.

You may need another person. I didn’t bother putting in the wood covers for the screws. It’s beautiful and sturdy.

Very easy to assemble. I did it by myself with no help. Once assembled the bed is very sturdy - no creaks or rocking or anything of that nature. The only issue I had is that the wooden buttons aren't tapered and don't really fit in the holes to cover the bolts. I'm going to put a dab of caulk on the inside of the buttons to hold them in place and I hope to be able to remove them if the bed ever needs to be moved. As another reviewer mentioned, one of the bolts on the headboard is no sunk low enough to accommodate a button. Otherwise, it's a great bed.

It looks just like the picture. One screw was stripped but luckily the kit did come with a couple of spares. Kind of pricey for something you have to assemble hit and miss with cams and an Allen wrench.

Was delivered quickly. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Great color - as described on the website.

The frame definitely does not look as nice when it arrives. The wood is laminated and looks like inexpensive office furniture. But, for $350 what can you really expect. Nice design though.

The look of the frame is spot on. Its exactly what I was looking for. My bed sits in front of lots of windows and I wanted something that allowed light to come in. But like most furniture you buy on Amazon, it looks really nice and is aesthetically pleasing, but how long it will last is questionable._x000d_

I thankfully had help to put it together. Some of the parts were not labeled clearly so some parts went on backwards or upside down unknowingly, but whatever. Following all of the guide holes provided to put this together, when it was completed, the bed was not leveled. I had to put a piece of cardboard on each side of the bed to eliminate the wobbling. Thankfully I have a full length rug under the bed and can hide the pieces of cardboard, but again, because this is a bed you have to put together, I wasn't planning on breaking it apart because the guide holes were off._x000d_

I also have a concern with how long the slats will withstand weight. They seem measly. Will probably end up putting something under the mattress between the slats and the mattress but if you are on the heavier side or actively play on your mattress, take a second look on how you can stabilize this mattress by supporting to slats.
