Shipping is free on all items.
While we’re working on setting up quicker options in the future, we don’t quite offer expedited shipping options or date-specific delivery just yet.
When you place an order on Megsu.com, please allow 2 business days for us to process your order and 3-7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states within the US. We currently do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

When you buy MEGSU products through our authorized distributors and retailers, you can be assured that you are getting the authentic products. MEGSU Warranty Policy

  • 30-day satisfaction warranty across our catalogue.
  • Wooden furniture under the ACACIA and Rorns brands is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
  • Outdoor furniture under the Tranquillo brand is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, covering structural and manufacturing defects under standard usage.
  • Hammock frames from Tranquillo receive a 3-year limited warranty, specifically for structural defects during intended use.

Warranty Conditions

  • The product must be purchased as new from an authorized MEGSU retailer.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is a requirement.
  • Photos of the defective part(s) is highly recommended.
  • This warranty is void if the product is altered or improperly used.

When that’s all in order, please contact us for return authorization.

Refunds will typically be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. However, exact processing times may vary for each financial institution.

This policy applies to products purchased at MEGSU.com covered by the MEGSU Return and Exchange Policy. If you purchased an MEGSU product at any of our partner sites, then your return window and conditions are defined by that specific retailer.
