Everything was packed nicely, no damage. Assembly was easy, Screws fit perfectly, no extra tools needed. One thing I noticed, the slats are easy to put in place, because of the velcro. No screws. Overall a very nice bed for the price. My mattress did fit perfectly. Happy with the purchase.

It only took maybe an hour and a half for my husband and I to carry in and then assemble the bed. It was thoughtfully designed for the home assembler. we love the sturdiness of the bed and it seems to be very well made. Time will tell. Over all we give it a 10, I would definitely buy another one!!!

This bed was easy to put together. I was able to put it together by myself. All of the tools/screws are included in the box. The bed is very sturdy and seems to be built to last. Definitely happy with my purchase. I would recommend a mattress that’s 10in in height so that you aren’t hiding the beautiful headboard

Perfect size for a small space. We bought two of these for nightstands to hold our bedside lamps and phone chargers. Packing is excellent and they arrived in perfect condition. Over all very good quality.

So far so AMAZING! Took me a couple hours to assemble by myself, but the instructions were super easy to follow and there was even a QR code for a very helpful assembly video. Everything was labeled well and this sucker is STURDY! I can’t wait for my boys to see it in the morning!

This bed is adorable, my kids love it. It seems sturdy and like it will last for quite awhile. All the pieces, hardware, screws were present and it didn't take too long to put together. It's a good deal for this type of bed compared to other companies with similar bedframes. The cons are I wish it had an option with a ladder instead of a slide because if you have a small room the slide takes up a good amount of space and can make it less versatile in a smaller room so be sure to measure well before purchasing. The bottom of the slide is slightly sharp. the paint job could have been better as well and for a Moment we thought we were missing a piece, tried contacting the company, the number provided wouldn't go through and I couldn't find any way to contact the company on their website, thankfully we found the piece we misplaced but that's a concern that we couldn't get ahold of the company if needed. there's some slight streaks you can kinda see the wood but it's not super noticable. Over all though my kids and I are happy with their bed

I bought this for Christmas for my grand daughters. It came fast and was very well packed for shipping. It is very sturdy and is made from good quality wood. It’s is adorable when put together. Took around 4 hours to put together. I would definitely use a power tool for all the screws. The directions weren’t great it’s all pictures but we figured it out. Very happy with this bed!

Michael and the technical team quickly resolved an issue with the manual being incorrect (Acacia Queen). Bed is solid, wood is great, assembly a breeze.

Easy set up right out of the box. The hammock part itself is a comfortable jersey.
